  • Art Group: Exploring the Internal Landscape

    Put on your 'hiking boots' for a 3 week virtual Art Therapy Group: Exploring the Internal Landscape. Each week we'll engage one art directive to explore the interior region of heart, mind, & body. Art therapy is a proven modality for coping with anxiety & depression. No art skill is needed. All you need is willingness, an open heart, & whatever supplies you'd like to work with: pen, marker, crayon, paint, watercolor, pencil, or collage.

    We meet 3 Sundays, starting May 17th, 7:00-8:15PM. Group size is kept small to maintain a small group setting. Each week, a secure Zoom link will be sent to your e-mail for you to join the group.

  • "FOuRUM": Monthly Mindfulness Meditation Meeting

    1st Sunday of every month, 7:00-8:15PM

    Four “M”s: Monthly Mindfulness Meditation Meeting = FOuRUM

    Enliven your practice in community! Bring your cushion and pair up with us as we support ourselves and each other in building a robust and relevant mindfulness meditation practice. This group opens space for weaving threads of Christian perspective amidst the tapestry of traditional meditation teachings and practices. Wherever you are in your life and on your meditation journey, you have a place at the table. Meet us at the FOuRUM to practice guided meditation, explore mindfulness/ meditation topics, and share/discuss. Meditation in Community! Let’s learn, grow, and practice together.
