If you prefer to not use insurance, or if I am out of network for you, you may schedule with me directly by clicking the Contact tab above. Self-pay payments are made via credit card, ACH bank transfer, or HSA cards which are processed through either Ivy Pay or Stripe. Both are HIPPA compliant payment processing services and no downloads or apps are needed.

If I’m out-of-network, I’ll provide you with a Superbill at your request for you to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network benefits. Please contact your insurance company to discuss any out-of-network reimbursement benefits you may have.
